Every customer follows the same shape, regardless of team size. The onboarding call ends with a customisation plan and a go-live date. After that, there's no scope-creep email and no surprise invoice. One annual number covers everything.

    A single working session, in person if you're in NCR, on a call otherwise. We map your sales motion: where leads come from, who picks them up, what makes them stall, what closes them. By the end, you have a customisation plan and a go-live date.

    Customisation.

    We adapt the CRM to your specifics: your stage names, your fields, your reporting, your integrations. Most teams are live within two to three weeks of the onboarding call. Migration from Zoho, HubSpot, or spreadsheets is included.

    Live, and we run it.

    Your team uses the CRM. We run it: hosting, uptime, backups, security patches, updates. Workflow changes through the year are part of the subscription. No separate support contract.

What does it cost?

How long until we're live?
Most teams are live within two to three weeks of the onboarding call. Larger teams with non-standard integrations land in four to six weeks. The onboarding call ends with a go-live date you can plan around.
Can we migrate from Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce?
Yes. We migrate contacts, deals, custom fields, activity history, and attachments. Where the source CRM has data we can't directly map, we keep it in an archive table so nothing is lost. Migration is included in onboarding, no extra fee.
Who owns the code?
Pariksarthi owns the codebase. Your subscription gives you a live, customised instance with your data, your stages, your fields, and your reporting. If you ever leave, we provide a full export of your data, in formats you can take to another tool.
Where does it host?
On Pariksarthi's infrastructure. We handle uptime, backups, security patches, and updates. You don't operate anything. Hosting is in India by default; Middle East or EU regions are available on request, included in the subscription.
